1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and any associated services (the “Service”), including SMS, MMS, or other messaging communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Messaging Program Description
KC Flow Heroes provides an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers, technicians, contractors, vendors, and business partners regarding plumbing services and related business matters.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:

- Appointment scheduling and technician arrival updates

- Informational or promotional messages, where explicit consent has been provided
3. User Consent (Opt-In)
You may receive SMS messages from KC Flow Heroes after you choose to engage with us through one of the following methods:

- Submitting a service request, estimate request, or contact form on our website
- Scheduling a service appointment
- Requesting emergency service
- Providing your phone number during a service inquiry or customer interaction
- Executing a service agreement or work authorization

Your consent is optional and not required to make a purchase.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 10 promotional messages per month, as well as additional messages as needed for transactional or appointment-related communications.
5. Opt-Out & Support
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6. Fees & Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. KC Flow Heroes is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred due to message delivery.
7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, but are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers or devices.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the messaging service for:
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Fraud, deception, or impersonation
- SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, where prohibited)
- Any activity that violates TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for violations.
9. Age Requirement and Parental Consent
Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly enter into contracts or provide professional services directly to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). Any agreement for services must be executed by a legally authorized adult. The Company reserves the right to verify age and legal authority and to refuse service at its sole discretion.
10. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal information, including phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
11. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to revoke messaging access for non-compliance with our terms.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Messaging services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for message delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
